Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure the integrity of our fragrances and the experience we promise, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

• Products must remain sealed and unused to qualify for a return.
• Returns are available for orders shipped within the United States.
• Samples and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Original shipping, expedited shipping, and service fees are non-refundable.
• Any complimentary items included with your order must be returned in their original condition to complete your refund.
• Bundles and curated sets must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns may result in additional deductions.
• If purchased, the Gold Warranty may be redeemed once per customer.
• To begin a return, please submit a request through our return portal and our team will guide you through the process.
